A ceremony of signing the Agreement on сooperation between the Slavyanoserbsk region of the Lugansk People's Republic and the Altai Territory of the Russian Federation was held in Lugansk.
The agreement was signed by Sergey Kramarenko, Head of the Slavyanoserbsk region administration, and Viktor Tomenko, Governor of Altai Territory.
The Russian region will provide comprehensive assistance in the restoration of housing, transport and civil infrastructure in the Lugansk People's Republic area, for eight years on the line of contact.
