In the course of the visit of delegation from the Vologda region the First Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Government of the Vologda region Anton Koltsov, the Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Vologda region Vladimir Osipov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the LPR Vladislav Deynego and the Head of Alchevsk Albert Apshev talked to the Great Patriotic War veteran Vasiliy Timchenko, who had celebrated his 95th anniversary the day before, and honored the heroes of the Great Patriotic War by laying flowers at the Eternal Flame at the monument to Soviet soldiers.
