LPR Prime Minister Sergey Kozlov and Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin signed an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the governments of the Lugansk People's Republic and Moscow on June 3 in Lugansk.
"We signed an agreement with the Government of the Lugansk People's Republic on socio-economic development. The work is great, large-scale, but I am sure we will succeed together with the Government of the Lugansk People's Republic, the city of Lugansk and, of course, with the support of the residents," said the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin.
