Lugansk hosted a meeting between Leonid Pasechnik, the Head of the Lugansk People's Republic, and Maksim Yegorov, the Acting Head of the Administration of the Tambov Region, with the participation of LPR Foreign Minister Vladislav Deynego and Acting Head of the Novoaidarsk District Administration Vladimir Podolsky. During the meeting a cooperation agreement was signed between the LPR Novoaidarsk District and the Tambov Region of the Russian Federation.

The document was signed by Vladimir Podolsky, Acting Head of the Novoaidarsk District Administration, and Maxim Yegorov, Acting Head of the Tambov Region Administration.

The experts from the Russian region have already begun to inspect the infrastructure and social facilities to be restored in the Novoaidarsk District.
