Today, June 3, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin and Lugansk Mayor Manolis Pilavov signed declaration on the establishment of brotherhood relations between Moscow and Lugansk.
The Russian capital will provide humanitarian assistance with the restoration of social infrastructure in Lugansk.
The Mayor of Moscow pointed out that joint plans have already been outlined to restore the capital of the Lugansk People's Republic, particularly schools, clinics, housing, engineering infrastructure, gas pipelines, water lines, electricity networks, and a street road network.
