On the margins of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) an Agreement on cooperation was signed between the United Russia (Edinaya Rossiya) Humanitarian Center and the public movements "Peace to Lugansk" ("Mir Luganshchine") and "Donetsk Republic" ("Donetskaya Respublika").
The agreement was signed by Alexander Sidyakin, Head of the Central Executive Committee of the "United Russia" party, and Leonid Pasechnik and Denis Pushilin, Heads of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics.
The agreement is intended to intensify humanitarian cooperation and defines interaction procedures for cultural, educational issues and infrastructure restoration in Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics, and the provision of legal and medical assistance to residents of Donbass People's Republics.
