Today, June 7, the Head of the Administration of Pervomaysk Sergey Kolyagin and Governor of Kaluga region Vladislav Shapsha signed an agreement on cooperation between the regions.

Kaluga region will help the town, which for eight years has been on the front line, to restore houses, roads, utilities infrastructure and social facilities destroyed by Ukraine.
