The liberated Stanichno-Lugansk region of the LPR gained a Russian twin - the Volgograd region!

The cooperation agreement between the regions was signed by the Governor of Volgograd region, Hero of Russia Andrey Bocharov and the Head of Stanichno-Lugansk region Albert Zinchenko.

Volgograd Region will facilitate arrangements for the heating season, new school year, and repair of destroyed and damaged infrastructure. Volgograd is also ready to contribute to the provision of medical aid to the population by deploying medical teams to the liberated area.
