The Vologda region actively engages in the process of restoring the infrastructure in Alchevsk of the Lugansk People's Republic.

Yesterday, June 21, a delegation from the Vologda region of the Russian Federation headed by the First Deputy Governor, Chairman of the Regional Government Anton Koltsov visited the city of Alchevsk of the Lugansk People's Republic.

The visit included the signing of the Agreement on cooperation between the Vologda region and the city of Alchevsk by Anton Koltsov, Deputy Governor of the Russian region, and Albert Apshev, Head of Alchevsk.

The representatives of the Russian region visited the infrastructure and social facilities in the city, talked to the residents of Alchevsk, and set further plans for the reconstruction of housing and infrastructure of the town as well as for the humanitarian support of its inhabitants.

The Vologda region has already delivered to the town of metallurgists necessary road-building and utility equipment, as well as several boilers to provide heat for the social infrastructure facilities.
