Today, July 16, a treaty on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance between the Lugansk People's Republic and the Kharkov region was signed.

The document was signed by the Head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, and the Head of the military-civilian administration, Vitaly Ganchev.

The LPR already supplies Kharkov region with electricity, in the future the republic will help the region in solving the issue of gas supply. Taking into account the situation and needs of Kharkov region residents, the issue of increasing the supply of essential goods to the region will also be solved.
