Today's date, July 3, will be included in the history book of Donbass as a truly memorable day for all residents of the Republic – the Day of the complete liberation of the Lugansk People's Republic territory from Ukrainian armed formations.

After long 3003 days since the entry into force of the decree on the beginning of the so-called "ATO" resulted in thousands of innocent victims who suffered from the criminal actions of the Ukrainian Nazis, tears shed and suffering endured by the inhabitants of the Republic, we showed our inflexible will and defended our people’s rightful constitutional borders.

Despite eight years of preparation by the criminal Kiev regime for a violent scenario to resolve the conflict in Donbass and the support of Western countries, the professional, valiant and brave fighters of the LPR People's Militia supported by the armed forces of the Russian Federation broke the back of the Ukrainian Nazi formations and drove them out of the territory of Lugansk region during the special military operation to protect the Republics of Donbass.

This day will make it into the history of Lugansk region and will be honored by us on a par with February 14 – Day of the liberation of Lugansk from the Nazi invaders.

Very soon the long-awaited peace and tranquility will come to the whole territory of the Lugansk People's Republic, the cities and villages destroyed by Ukraine will be renewed, and the long-suffering people of Lugansk region will finally see a peaceful sky above.
